Refund and Returns Policy

At Zodab, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that every product you receive is safe, fresh, hygienically packed, and of the highest quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

By placing an order on www.zodab.in, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns and replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

✔ The product received is damaged, leaking, or broken
✔ The wrong product was delivered
✔ Item delivered is expired, close to expiry, or tampered with

Requests must be submitted within:

📌 7 days from the date of delivery

We may request images or video proof (including packaging) to verify the claim.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to health, hygiene, and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Used or opened products
  • Baby-care, skincare & personal hygiene products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased under deals or clearance sale
  • Free gifts and sample items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike of fragrance or texture
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Allergic reactions (Patch test is strongly recommended)

3. Return Process

To raise a return request:

1️⃣ Email us at: support@zodab.in
with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Full Name
  • Reason for return
  • Product pictures/video as proof
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

2️⃣ Once approved, our support team will guide you through the return steps.

Items must be unused, sealed, and returned in original packaging wherever applicable.


4. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, you may choose:

🔹 A replacement of the same product, OR
🔹 A credit voucher to use on future orders

Replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received (if applicable) and verified by our quality team.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in eligible cases and only through the original mode of payment.

Refunds may take:

7–10 business days

based on bank processing time, payment gateway, or internal verification.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) refunds are issued through:

✔ Bank Transfer
✔ Store Credit (Optional)

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • Return request was raised after the allowed time frame
  • Product is used, opened, or damaged due to customer handling
  • Product fails verification after return

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if:

  • They have not yet been processed or shipped
  • Cancellation request is submitted within 2 hours of placing the order

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

If cancellation is approved, the refund timelines remain the same as described above.


7. Shipping Damages or Lost Packages

If the package is lost in transit or not delivered:

  • A replacement will be offered after courier investigation
  • No extra cost will be charged to the customer

If the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, redelivery charges may apply.


8. Store Credit / Coupon Refunds

In some cases, refunds may be issued as:

  • Store Credits
  • Replacement Coupons
  • Discount Vouchers

Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


9. Return Shipping Cost

In cases where return is due to:

✔ Wrong item
✔ Damaged product
✔ Defective product

➡ Zodab will cover the shipping or arrange reverse pickup.

For customer-driven returns (allowed under rare exceptions), the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.


10. Important Notes

  • Video proof may be mandatory in cases of product leakage, tampering, or damage
  • Multiple return requests for the same order may be rejected
  • Excessive claims may lead to account limitation or review
